Eufaula Lake House Transformation
A lake house with amazing views.. from the inside looking out. Fort Construction was hired to bring the serenity you feel from lake living to the inside of the house as well.

This home had low ceilings, a kitchen area that was closed off from the living spaces and quite small, as well as three small bedrooms with very cramped closets and two small bathrooms.

One of the highlights of this project was being able to add that open airy feeling to the kitchen and living area with the addition of vaulted ceilings.
Though this house had three bedrooms, they were all quite small- with even smaller closest. So small in fact, it was difficult to get good "before" pictures. With the use of our design service, we were able to reconfigure the rooms to create a large master bedroom with a huge master closet and enlarge the guest bed closets as well.
The Little Fort Gibson Lake House that Could.
Fort Construction was hired to help maximize the structural integrity, square footage, esthetics and lake views.

In it's original state, the home was extremely overgrown with scrubby vegetation and featured a deck that was unsafe due to rotten wood and certainly not up to code.

The new home owners are very handy and elected to finish the interior on their own, but relied on us to correct and repair their foundation, remove the rotten deck and replace it with livable space, and install a series of lovely picture windows so they could enjoy the lake from the comfort of indoors no matter the weather outside.
